2. Download the VCRedist file for your system type (vc_redist.x86.exe for 32-bit system, vc_redist.x64.exe for 64-bit system and vc_redist.arm64.exe for ARM64 system); To check the system type for your PC, refer to the method below:

Reinstalling the SetPoint utility can replace/repair the damaged or corrupted files which are causing the issues.

2. In the text field, enter appwiz.cpl and click OK to open Programs and Features

Method 1: Run an antivirus scan

If you don’t have third-party antivirus software, refer to the steps below to scan using Windows Defender and remove the infected file-

1. Search for Windows Security in the start menu
