- Improper functioning of applications
Usually, this error is temporary and can be resolved by simply waiting for some time or re-booting the system. However, if the issue persists even after trying these two methods, then there are several ways to fix this error.

Reset System Date and Time
This is one of the easiest ways to fix this error, let’s start:
1) Click on Windows button and type Date & time settings
2) Click on Date & time settings in the user menu
3) Toggle the Set time automatically button to off
4) Click on Change under Set the date and time manually
5) In the Date section, change the date to 3 days ago.
6) Click on Change
7) Now, open Microsoft Store and allow it to load.
8) Once has done, close MS Store and go to Date & Time settings
9) Toggle the Set time automatically button to on
10) Close the windows.
Use Windows Troubleshooter
If the above-mentioned method not work, then you will have to run the Windows inbuilt Troubleshooter, here are the steps:
1) Click on the search button and type Troubleshoot
2) Select Troubleshoot settings
3) On the right panel, scroll down to find Windows Store Apps and click on it
4) Select Run the troubleshooter
5) Let the troubleshooter run and follow instructions on the screen, if any issues are found.
6) Once fixed, close the troubleshooter.

Resetting Windows Store app cache
Sometimes you just need to reset the Microsoft Store App Cache to get rid of that error, here are the steps:
1) Press Windows + R buttons to open the Run box
2) Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key
This will clear the app cache on Windows OS. Hopefully, this will fix the error, if not then move to the next method.
Reset applications
1) Click on the Start button and select the Settings icon
2) Click on Apps and select Apps & features
3) Type the name of the recently installed application that caused error0x00001F7, in the search box under Apps & features
4) Click on that app and select Advanced Options
5) Click on Reset
6) Do the same for all recently installed applications and then reboot your system.

Reinstall Windows Store using PowerShell
1) Type PowerShell in search box
2) Right-click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as Administrator.
3) Type the following command and press Enter:
Get-AppxPackage–AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
4) Reboot your system

3) Click on Get Started button
